When will I receive my order?

We usually ship your order within 2-3 working days. Total delivery typically takes around 7 working days, depending on your location and factors like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

For regions like Jammu & Kashmir or North East India, delivery may take a little longer, up to 10 working days.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link via email and SMS. If you have any query you can email us at care@thestylestory.co

Which courier services do you use?

We partner with trusted courier companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees and EKart, depending on your delivery pin code.

What if the product doesn't fit me?

No problem, we will exchange the product if it doesn't fit you properly. Contact us at care@thestylestory.co

What’s your exchange or return policy?

We have an exchange policy, and it’s paid as mentioned in our confirmation message and on our website. For further information, please refer to our exchange and return policy.  (link)

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, if the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

What if the product is defective?

All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at care@thestylestory.co and we will replace the defective product.

Is paying online secure?

We use secure payment gateways like Razorpay, Billdesk and CCAvenue - all trusted and widely used in India. Your details are protected end-to-end.
