When will I receive my order?
We usually ship your order within 2-3 working days. Total delivery typically takes around 7 working days, depending on your location and factors like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
For regions like Jammu & Kashmir or North East India, delivery may take a little longer, up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order?

Which courier services do you use?
We partner with trusted courier companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees and EKart, depending on your delivery pin code.
What if the product doesn't fit me?

What’s your exchange or return policy?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, if the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
What if the product is defective?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at care@thestylestory.co and we will replace the defective product.
