Exchange & Return Policy

As a clothing brand, we understand the importance of size exchange. Thus we offer a seamless process. Contact us through Email or WhatsApp and we will be happy to help. 

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery at minor cost to manage logistics charges and arrange the reverse pickup from your location. You have to pay Rs. 100/- only per 2 t-shirts, or Rs. 200 only per hoodie/sweatshirt as convenience fees.

However, we don't encourage product returns or refunds for any products you have ordered and received as per order. Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed. 

In case you receive defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only. For that you need to share the picture of the damages in the product or the wrong product you have received. 

The cancellation request for your order can be done within 3 hours of placing the order. After 3 hours, we begin processing your order to meet our commitments for timely delivery. Please update us within 3 hours of placing it (kindly send email to care@thestylestory.co)
